Refund / Cancellation Policy: No refunds are available for digital contents once they have been delivered.
For sessions and programs, a full refund is available within 7 days after the initial counseling session.
After the course has started, refunds are generally not available, except in special circumstances at our discretion.
Cancellation and rescheduling fees are as follows:
・Up to 48 hours before the reserved time: free of charge.
・24–48 hours before: 50% of the session fee.
・Within 24 hours / same-day / no-show: 100% of the session fee.
Any transaction or bank/PayPal fees related to refunds are borne by the participant.

Overseas payments are automatically converted by Stripe/PayPal (approximate exchange rates may apply).
