Tetsuko Hamaguchi Founder, SenseBody , Movement Artist Born 1977, Tokyo, Japan

Tetsuko Hamaguchi is a movement artist and somatic educator whose work bridges international ballet and contemporary dance with body-based education and healing practices. SenseBody brings together somatics and biomechanics to help people reorganize posture and daily life through nervous-system learning.

A Special Appearance

Earlier in my career as a professional dancer, I appeared in a video project with cellist Yo-Yo Ma — a moment where music and movement met and that continues to inspire SenseBody.
