1. Scope
These Terms govern your use of SenseBody’s services (online/offline programs, content, and bookings). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Health Conditions
Our services are not intended for individuals with serious illnesses or major injuries. We may refuse or discontinue service at our reasonable discretion if participation may pose health or safety risks.
Post-illness or injury participation requires written clearance from a licensed physician. You represent that you are physically able to participate and will immediately cease activity if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
Medical Disclaimer: Our services and materials are for general educational and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
3. Fees, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Prices are displayed in JPY (tax included). Payments are processed via PayPal.
- Digital contents: Non-refundable once delivered/access is granted.
- Initial consultation: Fully refundable within 7 days after the first consultation.
- Sessions (cancellation / rescheduling):
- 48+ hours before the start time: free cancellation/rescheduling (full refund if applicable).
- 24–48 hours before: cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the session fee.
- Within 24 hours / same-day / no-show: 100% of the session fee.
- Refund processing fees: When a refund is issued for participant reasons, payment processor fees and bank/PayPal transfer fees will be deducted and borne by the participant. If the session is canceled due to our circumstances or force majeure on our side, such fees are borne by us.
- Late arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time; no extension or refund.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in unlawful acts, rights infringement, or actions that disrupt our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided by us (videos, documents, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
No Specific Results: We do not guarantee specific health or performance outcomes. You participate at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable service.
7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify or suspend parts of the services for operational or safety reasons. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

1. 適用範囲
本規約は、SenseBodyが提供するサービス（オンライン／オフラインのプログラム・コンテンツ・予約等）の利用に適用されます。利用者は、本規約に同意のうえ当サービスを利用するものとします。
2. 受講資格・健康状態
当サービスは重篤な疾病や大きな外傷を有する方を対象としていません。参加が健康・安全上のリスクとなるおそれがある場合、当社の合理的裁量により提供をお断り又は中止することがあります。
疾病・外傷からの回復後の参加は、医師の文書による受講許可がある場合に限ります。 利用者は自ら参加可能な健康状態にあることを表明し、痛み・めまい等の症状が生じた場合には直ちに中止するものとします。
医療に関する免責： 当サービスおよび資料は一般的な教育・ウェルネスを目的とするものであり、医療行為（診断・治療・処方）を提供するものではありません。医療上の懸念は必ず医療専門家にご相談ください。
3. 料金・支払い・キャンセル・返金
料金は日本円（消費税込）で表示され、PayPalにより決済されます。
- デジタルコンテンツ： 提供（アクセス付与）後の返金はできません。
- 初回カウンセリング： 実施日から7日以内は全額返金に応じます。
- セッション（キャンセル／日程変更）：
- 開始時刻の48時間前まで： 無料（必要に応じて全額返金）。
- 24〜48時間前： 受講料の50％をキャンセル／変更手数料として申し受けます。
- 24時間以内・当日・無断欠席： 受講料の100％を申し受けます。
- 返金時の手数料： 受講者都合により返金を行う場合、決済手数料および振込（PayPal／銀行）手数料は受講者負担となります。なお、当社都合や当社側の不可抗力により中止となった場合は、当該手数料は当社負担とします。
- 遅刻： セッションの終了時刻は固定であり、延長はできません（返金対象外）。
4. 禁止事項
法令違反、権利侵害、またはサービス運営の妨害となる行為を禁止します。
5. 知的財産権
当社が提供するコンテンツ（動画・資料・ロゴ等）に関する知的財産権は当社又は権利者に帰属します。無断複製・頒布・改変等を禁止します。
6. 免責・責任制限
結果の不保証： 当社は特定の健康効果や成果を保証しません。利用者は自己の責任において参加するものとします。
法令で許される最大限の範囲で、当社は間接損害・特別損害等について責任を負いません。当社の賠償責任が生じた場合でも、その上限は当該サービスに対して利用者が支払った金額を超えないものとします。
7. 変更・中断・終了
当社は、運営上・安全上の必要により、サービスの内容を変更・中断・終了することがあります。規約違反がある場合、利用停止等の措置を講じます。
8. 準拠法・管轄
本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、紛争は法令に別段の定めがある場合を除き、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
